We're coming down to the wire! Less than 72 hours till our plane leaves Indy and we begin the first steps of our adventure. Tuesday morning at 9am, we'll take a flight into NY. From NY, we'll take another flight to London, then from London to Amsterdam. We plan to take a train from Amsterdam to Eindhoven. We should get to our flat Wednesday around noon.
Life at our house has been very exciting! And crazy! Everyone is rushing, getting lots of last minute things put together. Almost every horizontal surface is filled with random (yet, essential) things we'll have to find room for in our suitcases. On top of that, we are getting the house ready to leave with our house-sitter - Sarah. Banjo is going to stay here with her while we are gone. That will be a hard goodbye.
I don't know about the rest of my family, but I'm very antsy to go. Katie and I will be "home schooling" though Faith 4 days of the 7. We plan to take 3 day weekends to travel the northern part of Europe.
We have a few last minute goodbyes before we take off. Until then, we'll continue to work until the last second.
